No, we serve Seafood platters ” a la Francaise “, Seafood are cooked and chilled. All platters come with homemade mayonnaise, schallot vinegar, Yellow lemon, French salted butter and toast.

Where are the Seafood imported from ?

Scampi, Crabes, grey shrimps, whelks, winkles are coming from France by air every thursday and monday
Lobster are coming from Canada and Blue lobster from France ( depending on season ).

How big are the platters ?

The solo is for 1 to 2 persons.
The Duo for 2 to 3 persons.
The Royal for 3 to 4 persons.
The Prestige for 4 to 7 persons.

How do you keep Seafood fresh ?

We keep most of it in our chilled seawater tank, crabs, lobsters are taken alive upon you order and presented to you.
For others seashell, they’re delivered twice a week.
